There are unconscious factors for which we have no technical means that shape the vibrancy of a company. I am thinking of history, heritage, culture or people and their environment. These are driving forces for brands.

The conventional methods of brand consulting are limited to the factors we can grasp by reason and are therefore never able to develop deeply congruent and lively brands. More is needed.

Holistic perception is a unique strength of creative activities — perception in the sense of «living» and «making». According to Gestalt theory a design functions as gestalt or figure, that is, as a whole that cannot be explained by the sum of its parts, just like music or the art of cooking. Designers approach the congruent overall picture in the act of creation. They make the brand tangible — for the brand managers themselves too — and do not merely implement a written brief. Designing is therefore a prerequisite without which brands are not effective.

With our methods, the company is perceived as a brand that is in itself congruent. It stands out from the crowd, it is perceived and remembered, and one develops a positive attitude towards it. A decisive factor that pays off in the struggle for attention.
